Powderhorn Porchfest Dedicated to Healing & Justice

Over the summer, our community has suffered a great loss.  The murder of George Floyd added to a long list of lives lost to Police violence on our community.  This list is too long, these people were meaningful, and we are grieving them.  In the wake of grief, Minneapolis is seeking change and justice to facilitate our healing.

This year Powderhorn Porchfest will be dedicated to Healing & Justice.  We’ll seek to uplift organizations, people, resources, and knowledge that foster justice for George, and all.  We’ll come together to uplift our voices carving out what we need individually and collectively to heal.  PPNA has and will continue to advocate for holistic public safety and livability that includes housing justice and equitable economic development.  Join us on Saturday, September 19th, 2020 to actively participate in growing this work through art and connection.
