Yoga w/Dallas at Powderhorn Park

This accessible class is designed to help students discover their personal practice in a supportive space. Rather than expecting students to conform to arbitrary shapes, my goal is to create opportunities for students to feel more relaxed and confident in their bodies, regardless of experience or physical mobility. Expect a class with dynamic sequencing, some mindfulness practice, and messaging that celebrates who you already are. All are welcome.
All classes are FREE and open to everyone and all skill levels!
